Happy Halloween!

It is our FIRST Halloween! How exciting! Ronell gave us our first halloween bib and sweatshirt...might be a little snug (check out the elmo crack)...but there will be more pics after we go trick or treating tonight in our pumpkin costume!

Big Girl!

We are sitting up like a BIG girl in restaurant high chairs and she LOVES it! She can see the world and try to stick her fingers in our food...we're not quite ready to eat real food yet!

We had to upgrade from our piggy hat and since it is getting cold out we thought we would find her something warm....I think she likes it?

Now that Camdyn is a big girl and sitting up all by herself, I thought I would see what happened if I put her in front of a mirror! She loved it....until she tried to suck her twins thumb and then she got mad! It was HYSTERICAL! She would put her mouth all the way to the mirror & then just look like "why can I not get it?"

I'm also sharing some pics of my best friends little girl getting baptized. They asked Weldon and I to be Godparents and we were honored! I'm also throwing in some pics with Camdyn and her new little mittens (well not so little). I couldn't find any her size, so she'll have to grow into these!

My cousin Robby got married over the weekend to a good friend of the family (Kristy Falk)...so it was a busy weekend, but a fun one. This weekend we also attended a baby shower for my cousin Josh who is expecting his first child this month with Mandy. I love the picture of my Grandma holding Camdyn...Grandma will be 90 this December and she can still run circles around me:)

MMMMMM....Rice Cereal

Camdyn had her first try of Rice Cereal this weekend...I can't believe that it is time for her to start eating something other than what's in her bottle! It was funny to watch, but she did VERY well for the first go around...As you can see, she wasn't real sure about it! However, she LOVED her high chair! Ever wonder what it would be like to eat and be holding on to your feet at the same time?

Shoes and Shades!

Camdyn's first pair of shoes...I thought we better get her in some shoes now with cold weather on the way...She hates having a blanket on her feet, let alone shoes...and of course, I thought she needed a pair of cool shades...she hates those too! Isn't this one of the privileges of being a parent? (I especially like the pic of her giving the thumbs up, that's my girl!) For some reason she looks like Yoko Ono in her shades! Maybe it's just me:)

I'm 5 months old!

Today is Camdyn's 5th Month Birthday and what did she get? A big ol round of shots! Yep, she went for her wellness checkup today and she is 18 pounds and 26 1/2 inches long! She is in the 80-90th % for both weight and height....Who knew that she would be a long baby, she must have got that gene from her grandpa gene! Here are some pics from over the weekend...check out my dad...I think he has lost over 100 lbs...I'm so proud of him! AND, it's good to know that he is the still the same ol silly man!
